Flare, wide, straight/slim and cropped cuts continue to dominate the denim market this summer. However, skinny legs are also still selling, so if that is your preferred cut you will be able to find a pair.
Is distressed denim out of style?
What you won’t see a lot of this summer is severely “distressed” denim. The holes are gone at least for the time being, and the “preferred” denim cut is a straight or slim leg without holes are fringe. I nice clean line and tidy ankle!
Puffy and Longer Sleeve lengths are on trend this Summer
The exaggerated, ruffled shoulders or out and puffy, longer sleeve lengths are in, this summer. This summer’s blouses have in-set sleeves and are excellent fit for broad shoulder and the longer sleeve length covers my upper arm with a hemline at the elbow. Three quarter sleeve-lengths are desirable for older women.

Bubble hems on dresses and skirts has been trending for the last year, but this summer they are everywhere! Additionally, voluminous or exaggerated sleeves are trending. admit I have been intrigued by the style and recently purchased two dresses that fit these descriptions.

Organic cotton, bamboo, and recycled fabrics not only benefit the planet but also provide the comfort and breathability needed for hot summer days. Dainty feminine ruffles and lace are popping up in everything from white cotton ruffled tops to lace skirts. While a lace skirt might not be on your list, the white blouse is an excellent choice because the style is never going to go out of style.
A minimalistic style approach might pair a dainty white blouse with washed-denim. Another alternative might be pairing two opposite styles together. For example pairing leather and ruffles is clashing rather than matching the style and a fun way to go!

A tip on prints, large prints will make an object look larger than it really is and small prints have the opposite effect. And scale matters, the smaller you are the smaller the print should be. Additionally, small prints work well to minimize overall body size and and a large chest.
