It’s football season and you know what that means…time to break out your favorite denim jacket. The air is getting a bit crisp and you want to dress in layers. Sitting out at a college football game for several hours means being prepared for all weather conditions. Pair your denim jacket with these perfect capsule wardrobe pieces from your Fall/Winter collection.
It is no secret that one of my favorite pieces of clothing is my denim jacket. I wear it with everything! Whether it is an athleisure look that I am going for, or if I am adding some edge to my dress, a denim jacket is always my go to. It is the best staple piece I have in my closet.
Here are 4 ways I love to style my denim jacket:
Athleisure
I love to pair denim jacket with leggings, sneakers, and a ball cap for a trendy athletic look. The denim adds some style to my gym clothes aka running errands outfit.
Baby Doll Dress
When I need the perfect layer to go on top of my baby doll dress, I add the jacket. It adds an extra something to my solid colored dress and completely ties the outfit together.
Denim on Denim
I am a total fan of the denim on denim trend. It is a look that is bold but effortless at the same time. I pair my jacket with my fav blue jeans. I add in a neutral colored sweater and belt to break up all of the blue.
All Black Everything
An all black outfit paired with a denim jacket is also a favorite of mine! It is that cool look without trying to hard. I wear my leather leggings and black tee with my jacket for a perfect edgy look.
A denim jacket is so versatile and classic. It is a gift to my closet and the perfect finish touch to all of my outfits. How do you love to style your denim jacket?
