Beauty | Current Bath & Shower FavoritesThis post was written by Clara Anderson and Beth Anderson.

Spa treatments. We all love them, but most of us can’t just run out and have one every day. If you read my post about banning toxic ingredients in your beauty products, you know that I’m serious about the products I try and the products I recommend to you. Both Clara and I personally use all the products we share with you and we hope our notes help you find something new to try. Below, find our current bath and shower favorites.

1 | Everyone™ Aromatherapy Single Pure Essential Oils – Everyone™ essential oils are ready to use right out of the box – they come with a glass dropper and a few suggestions for how to use them. | Certified gluten free, Cruelty-free, No synthetic fragrances. | Eucalyptus is my favorite when I’m feeling stuffed up or a tad under the weather. I put a few drops on a warm washcloth in the shower and breathe. | I also love to apply the Lavender scent to the insides of my wrists in the morning or before bed to help me relax. The smell is strong, yet not overpowering. | A few drops in a diffuser and my apartment smells just like the spa. | $6.99-$9.99 | EOproducts.com

2 | Treets Traditions Energising Secrets Bath Fizzers – A combination of the traditional Amazonian Tamanu oil and Passion fruit with vitamin A and C which supports a more balanced skin. | Free of SLS, SLES, parabens, silicones, colourants and mineral oils. | The smell is amazing! I use these when I need a pick-me-up after a long work day. These fizzers do the trick. | Perfect for a day your skin is feeling a little dry and dull. Makes your skin feel clean, refreshed, and silky soft. | $14 | Treets.com

3 | Treets Traditions Energising Secrets Shower Gel – Traditional Amazonian Buriti oil has a soothing effect and Passion fruit oil with vitamin A and C supports a more balanced skin. | Free of SLS, SLES, parabens, silicones, colourants and mineral oils. | This shower gel smells amazing! I love that it doesn’t leave my skin feeling tight and dry like some gels. The oils cleanse my skin and leave it soft and supple. Every time I use it, I can’t wait until the next time I shower. | I love this shower gel in the morning. The smell helps wake me up and gets me ready for the day. | $12 | Treets.com

4 | Treets Traditions Relaxing Chakra Bath Tea –  Ricebran oil, Rose petals and Hibiscus | Free of SLS, SLES, parabens, silicones, colourants and mineral oils. | This combination of smells is my favorite. Seriously perfect for anyone who loves baths. The idea of putting the petals in a tea bag for the bath is creative and unique. The tea bags turn the water into a soft creamy texture, almost like milk. When I close my eyes, the smell makes me imagine that I’m in a field of roses. Even after my hands and feet get pruney, I still never want to leave the tub. | $12 | Treets.com

5 | Treets Traditions Energising Secrets Sugar Scrub –   Traditional Amazonian Tamanu and Sacha inchi oil | Free of SLS, SLES, parabens, silicones, colourants and mineral oils. | Just like the bath fizzers and shower gel, I love the smell and I use it in my morning shower to jump-start my attitude toward a great day! | Sometimes my knees and elbows get so dark and dry, but the sugar scrub helps me exfoliate these areas back to baby soft skin. I love the feeling of the oils in these products because they provide moisture that lasts much longer than other lotions or soaps. | $20 | Treets.com

6 | ArtNaturals Bath Bomb Set – Organic and natural ingredients, such as baking soda, kaolin clay, Dead Sea and Epsom Salts, shea butter and sunflower oil to detox, de-stress and delight, as muscles, untangle and joints unclench. | There are six different smells to choose from in this box. My favorite are Yoga and Cozy Night. They are the perfect smell and texture to help me unwind after work. | Sitting at a desk all day or even sleeping the wrong way can give me intense tension headaches and tight shoulder muscles. These bath bombs combine different salts and lotions to relax your mucles and leave your skin feeling soft and moisturized. This set of bath bombs, along with a few candles by the tub, has helped me so many times with migraines, nausea, and sore muscles.  | BPA-free, cruelty-free and eco-friendly. | $17 | Artnaturals.com
